This book is a great animal story. I would recommend it to people who like cats.
The story is about a young house cat called Rusty.
One day, he wanders off into the woods behind his house and finds a group of wild cats. He joins them and goes “into the wild.”
I feel that this book is a good book for 3rd-6th graders. I feel this way because if I were in 1st or 2nd grade I wouldn’t understand some of the language.

We are very excited to begin posting our book reviews to our book blogs tomorrow during computer lab. We hope that these reviews give other kids good ideas about what books they should read next. Our posts might include information like:

Holes by Louis Sacher would be a great book for 4th or 5th grade kids to read. It won the Newbery Medal several years ago. I liked this book because the main character, Stanley Yelnats, overcomes a lot of obstacles while he is digging holes at Camp Green Lake. The characters in this book are all a little bit odd, and the plot goes through lots of twists and turns, so if you like reading a book that is unpredicatble, Holes the book for you! Read it today!
